When I was burned and overstressed and since my mother is actually a yoga teacher, I found myself going to her for advice. She recommended that I take up some meditation. I took her up on her advice and started practicing daily meditation with a twist; after I doing some research on the net I found a great program save years of training and get into states of relaxed meditation of the masters in minutes.
